This policy explains how Rocky Mountain Concierge Group LLC ("Rocky Mountain Concierge," "RMC," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information. RMC is a complimentary private transportation concierge. We match travelers with independent, licensed drivers for trips to Colorado's mountain resorts. Travelers never pay RMC.
What we collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect your name and mobile phone number.
If you later text with us about a trip, we also keep what you choose to tell us, such as travel dates, pickup and drop-off locations, party size and special requests.
If you are a driver who contacts us, we keep your name, phone number and anything you share about your business.
Our site does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools that build a profile of you. Our web host may record basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To text you when we are ready for your trip.
- To match you with a driver and arrange your ride.
- To answer your questions and follow up on your trip.
- To run and protect our service.
Who we share it with
- The driver we match you with. When you ask us to arrange a ride, we share your name, phone number and trip details with that one driver so they can confirm and complete it. Drivers are independent businesses, not RMC employees. Once we introduce you, their own privacy practices apply to anything you share with them directly, including payment.
- Service providers. Companies that host our website and run our texting and records for us. They may use your information only to provide those services to RMC.
- When the law requires it. To comply with legal process or to protect the safety of anyone.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
By joining our waitlist or texting us, you agree to receive text messages from Rocky Mountain Concierge about our launch and your trip. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our SMS Terms for details.
We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your text opt-in information and consent are never sold, rented or shared, except as needed to provide the ride you asked for, as described above.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to arrange your trip, answer follow-up questions and keep basic business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices

Children
Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change how we collect or use your information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
