These terms cover text messages from Rocky Mountain Concierge ("RMC," "we," "us"), a complimentary concierge that matches travelers with independent private transportation providers serving Colorado's mountain resorts.

What you'll receive

  • If you join our waitlist: updates about our launch and about planning your trip.
  • If you request a ride: messages from our concierge team about your request, including questions about your trip, your driver match, confirmations and trip updates.

How you sign up

You opt in by entering your phone number on our site and checking the box agreeing to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

How often

Message frequency varies with your trip and how much planning it needs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You'll receive one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. To start again, sign up on our site or reply START.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
